reading news on the web to understand what's going on

on may 20th, 2012 a magnitude 6.0 earthquake hit the Emilia region in Italy
this is what me and my wife saw the next day.
she was born in Finale Emilia where the epicenter was located.
her family and old friends still live there.
and the earth is still violently shaking.
