I started this project a few years ago. I wanted to record the charm, the comfort, the insipidity, the hindrance of living in a tenement. I attempted to show the strained relationship between my home and the adjacent outside world and how by living in a place we create our own world. Capturing everydayness has been for me an unusual but absorbing pursuit.
