Saratoga's Racegoers By Sofia Verzbolovskis: 12Sep; About two weeks ago, I attended the Saratoga Springs Race Course, the oldest sporting event in the United States. I was immediately attracted to the racegoers. They are intensely staring at the screens, waiting, with impatience and excitement, to find out whether or not the horse they had bet on had won.
