Marc Losier is a practicing artist, writer and researcher from Toronto. Before beginning his MFA at Ryerson University in Documentary Media, he worked as a journalist and photographer in Montreal. His work addresses the representation of bodies, masculinity, race, and cultural histories through numerous media and installations.

The piece combines the famous boxing match’s original broadcast audio, Neil Leifer’s iconic photograph, and my own reproduction of it, printed in cyanotype. The images trade spaces, dissolving back and forth for the duration of the broadcast.
